В 2024 году Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem совместно с аэропортом Красноярска, авиакомпанией «Аэрофлот» и «Первым деловым клубом» провели благотворительный ужин «Отсюда взлетает сердце». Средства, собранные за счёт продажи билетов и добровольных пожертвований, направили в благотворительный фонд «Добро24.ру» для покупки имплантируемых кардиомониторов для пациентов Красноярского кардиоцентра. vk.comkrasnoyarsk.dk.ru
Кроме того, в рамках Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem существует благотворительный фонд «От сердца к сердцу», созданный в 2009 году соучредителем Bellini Алексеем Горенским. Цель фонда помощь детям, больным сахарным диабетом. С шелестящим гулом аэростат отделился от земли. Солнечнобокий, сияющий, он поднимался в синеву. В днище корзины, сплетенной из ивовых прутьев, я увидела дырочку, сквозь нее — корову размером с муравья. Мост, озеро, железнодорожная станция, полуразрушенный монастырь уменьшались на глазах и пропадали из виду, белые облака проплывали под нами, зелень и голубизна мерцали в разрывах туч… Ух, куда бы мы улетели, если б не прочный трос, который удерживал нас над землей!

Пределом моих мечтаний был кругосветный перелет на воздушном шаре, и эта мечта почти сбылась! Старейший советский воздухоплаватель Иван Александрович Шагин позвал меня в город Рыльск. Там на полуострове за городом уже наполняли газом оболочку, только не шара, а заслуженного, бывалого аэростата. Потертый, залатанный, с красной звездой на боку – такие в войну защищали небо Москвы от фашистских самолетов. В те времена даже выпускали газету «Аэростат — мой товарищ».
В детстве я постоянно рисовала путешественника Пржевальского. Мама сохранила рисунки: дядька в камзоле, полосатых гетрах, башмаках и панаме идет вдоль берега моря, ветер треплет шарф. Слева скалы, вверху парят орлы. То он возле костра сидит под звездами, то шагает бескрайней желтой пустыней или взбирается к заоблачным пикам. Все спрашивали: «Кто это?» Я отвечала: «Пржевальский». В школе у меня была кличка Лошадь Пржевальского.
Может, нас троих что-то связывало в прошлой жизни, иначе откуда во мне эта страсть к путешествиям? Урал, Сибирь, Камчатка, Сахалин, средневековые замки Испании, древние дороги Японии… В самих названиях мне слышится как будто зов Земли. Значит, Земля зовёт меня полюбоваться ею и открывает новые бездны и выси.
